  Do go there.....go to the Eustis location....better service. If I could give them a ZERO, I would. Called and spoke to Amber and explained that I needed a refrigerator since my he died. I explained I had a load of food that I did not want to go bad. She said, come over...I can help you out. I get the and ask for Amber....she said hi as she was helping someone out. I went to check out the refrigerators and the were not clean. Even a thrift shop makes sure the appliances are cleaned. John was helping us. He was worthless. It was as though we were distracting him. Found something that was going to suit my needs. As I was filling out the application, he gave me a form to fill out with an explanation. I asked why am I filling out this form? He said....it's the short form? What? When asked when can they deliver the refrigerator...I was told the earliest is THURSDAY....4 days later. No accomodations considering this was urgent. I left the place and went to the Eustis location Eustis location helped and delivered the refrigerator the same day. Yessss.
