  Discovered a ton of ants in my master bathroom.. called Florida Pest COntrol on Monday...never a call back until this morning from the office... I have had this service contract with them for over 12 years and they decided to ignore me about the ants...Very disappointing.. You would think their long time customers deserve at least a call back from the technician...this is actually the very first time I have had to call them about an inside problem....so why they chose to ignore this is beyond me....again, very disappointing...

  Salesperson lied to me on gutter inserts when i asked him about the warranty and I have sent copies of the e-mails, proving he lied, to the Leesburg office and was assured they would be forwarded to the manager who would get back to me. I sent them twice over the last three months and have not received the courtesy of a response. Obviously they could care less. I suggest you look elsewhere for your needs.
